A project for a client who we have worked with before. The single storey wraparound extension was to create an open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining Room with an additional Bedroom and Living Room. We also provided a new entrance Porch and WC. 

  

The client wanted a modern flat roof extension with flexible living accommodation.

In the new open plan living space, there are two sets of bi-folding doors which open to the courtyard style garden which provides a great space for entertaining.
